All SALE ITEMS are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Shipping Policy: all shipping is done via UPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value
of your purchase. We require signatures for all deliveries. Please reference the chart below
for the cost and the type of service. You can choose ground (usually 5-7 business days if the
article is in stock please note it may be longer we cannot control UPS ) or Express ( which is
usually 2-3 business days if the article is in stock). We can also ship your purchase as a gift to
another party. At the present time we are only shipping to the continental US (50 states). UPS
does not delivery on Saturdays.
Please note items may be out of stock and we make ever attempt to contact the customer in
the event of out of stock inventory.
Please not we cannot ship to PO boxes - it must be a street address.

Returns and exchanges: The Hanger prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition
within 10 days and we will provide you with an online store credit, less shipping costs. Please
send returns via UPS or registered mail as we need a signature. Please note that cosmetics,
under garments, jewelry and swimwear cannot be returned. Items purchased in the stores in
Nashville or Southaven cannot be returned via the internet. Please note that refunds are not
permitted.
